Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is important. I do not require a deposit nor payment until you have approved your painting.

Photos:
Gather and send as many photos as necessary for me to see facial expression, color, details, personality. The better look I get at your pet, the more chance I have of capturing its uniqueness. If you have special requests, such as changing a scarf’s color, omitting a collar etc, just include the instructions with the photos. Note: I will return all your photos when I send your painting.

Turnaround:
Depending on the number of commissions currently in progress, I anticipate sending you the final portrait no later than 4 weeks after receiving your photos. I ship portraits insured via UPS ground in appropriate packaging. If you have a special deadline request, please call so we can discuss it.

Confirmation:
I need your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. I ask for your phone number in case I have questions while working on the portrait. I ask for your e-mail so I can send you an electronic copy of your pet’s portrait for approval prior to shipping. Once you have approved the painting and sent payment, I will ship your portrait.

Sizes and Cost:
A classic head pose suitable for matting and framing in an 8x10 or 10x12 frame costs $195 including shipping in the U.S.. Multiple pets, larger size paintings, full bodies or shipping outside the U.S. are priced on request.
